RELATIONSHIPS: In most cases, no. He's in love with Ushio, straight up, in canon, so unless you're Ushio, it ain't happening.
PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: Shinpei is prone to overthinking so please talk to me first if you plan on reading his mine. I'm fine with it, there's just A Lot. People might read "death" off of him, as he's a timelooper that's died many, many times.

As a heads up, however: he is from 2018 and there have been canon mentions of series like Precure and Final Fantasy 7 and while he's more of a "modern day nerd" in the sense that he does things from his time period (he hasn't played FF7, for example, although he's heard of it), let me know if you want to avoid him fourthwalling your character for any reason!
